Luigi Rizzi, thanks to the significant experience gained in CONSOB and in leading international law firms where he coordinated the practices of Financial Services, fund regulation e banking, is a professional expert in financial market law and financial regulation for assistance in Italy and cross border, M&A financial, in the context of projects carried out by investment banks, investment funds, AIFMs, SGRs and SICAFs, SICAVs, SIMs, distribution networks of financial and insurance products, financial companies, listed companies, securitization companies, institutes payment systems, crowdfunding platforms (equity and lending) and other entities operating in the financial sector.
Luigi Rizzi is also Deputy Professor at the Business School of the Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome where he teaches the Master "Law and Finance"and "Real Estate Finance”, As well as author and speaker on various occasions of seminars and in-depth meetings on markets and financial regulation.
He founded GIM Legal in 2018 together with Sergio Beretta and is the Managing Partner.
